1.1 Who Can Access the Service

2.1 Accurate Information Required

• Accounts opened with false or inaccurate information may be closed, and any funds in those accounts will be handled accordingly.
• The name provided must match the name on the bank or payment account used for deposits and withdrawals.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their password and login details confidential and must not share them with any third party. 2.3 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus will be added on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement to withdraw the bonus amount is bonus amount × 15.

• Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 30,000 × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
• Example 2 — If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.

You cannot withdraw your bonus balance until the Wagering Requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each player can claim a bonus only once.
• If the platform detects any irregular play pattern related to bonuses (Bonus Abuse), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Because bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the Wagering Requirement is met, if a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned using that bonus may also be forfeited.

4.3 Promotion Modifications

q222 may adjust, suspend, or stop any promotion without prior notice. If an active bonus is affected, the platform's decision is final.

Games are run using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so outcomes cannot be predicted in advance and the platform has no ability to alter them.

5.1 Game Decisions

• The game result recorded on the server is the final decision, and no outcome can be overridden due to data on the player's device or connection issues.
• If a game is disrupted due to network congestion, a power cut, or the player's local connectivity problems, the result recorded on the platform's server will stand.

5.2 Betting Limits

The betting limits for each player are shown on the game page. The platform may reject any wager that exceeds these limits.

5.3 Jackpot and Winnings Payout

Once a jackpot win is confirmed in the server records, it will be processed through the standard withdrawal procedure. The platform has the right to reject any result that does not match the server records, for any reason.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the q222 platform—

• Using software bots or automated programs to play
• Colluding with other players to fix results in advance

• Conducting unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns linked to money laundering

Any liability of the platform will not exceed the amount the player has at stake in connection with the issue in question.
